    Essential Duties & Responsibilities

    Responsible for Directing Residential Sales and Outside Sales Contractors to achieve company goals. Also responsible for the Right of Entry into new multi-dwelling properties through access agreements.

    • Responsible for directing, developing and motivating a team including a Sales Supervisor, Direct Sales Representatives, Right of Entry Access Reps and Outside Sales Contractors

    • Responsible for ensuring that the teams are knowledgeable of and comply with company policies, procedures and practices.

    • Meets or exceeds established sales team quotas by developing and implementing effective sales strategies and methods

    • Develop and implement necessary incentive strategies

    • Meets or exceeds established building access quotas

    • Work with supervisors to address DSR schedules, workload and performance issues

    • Resolve more complex customer issues

    • Motivates develops and provides training for team members

    • Creates and maintains customer database including MDU (Multi-Dwelling Unit) properties and Right of Entry access properties

    • Interacts with internal and external customers to ensure premier customer service

    • Ensures teams are attending sales and marketing events to promote and sell RCN products.

    • Meet regularly with sales personnel and management to review sales activity, customer retention and relationship activities, competitive challenges, review sales performance compared to the goal, and identify and/or address training needs.

    • Sets short and long-term sales strategies and evaluates the effectiveness of current sales programs

    • Recommends product, pricing or service enhancements to improve customer satisfaction and sales potential

    • Collaborate closely with Marketing, Sales Order Entry/Customer Service, Operations and Engineering to ensure success

    • Performs other related duties as needed

    Minimum Qualifications

    • Education: Bachelor’s degree preferred

    • Relevant Work Experience: 7 or more year’s leadership experience in a direct sales environment. Industry experience preferred

    • Strong sales management background
